In line with our approach to all matters that we are involved in we strive, wherever possible, to seek a consensus based solution to any problem that may have arisen that is mindful of the need to maintain good working relationships after a matter has been concluded.
Wherever possible we pursue a mediated agreement between the parties either by engaging in a formal or informal mediation process or through referral to an agreed mediator between the parties.
Mediation is a cost-effective solution to resolving disputes.
We also assist where a matter calls for arbitration, or must in terms of an agreement or for some other reason be referred to arbitration, with the necessary referral and the administrative arrangements regarding the arbitration process as well as with the preparation of all documentation for the arbitration process and attending to appearances before the appointed arbitrator.
